I purchased this on Amazon because I wanted a simple way to pre-make my meals ahead of time so I could easily just pop it in the microwave when I'm ready to eat. It is a huge time saver and so much easier and convenient than preparing my meals every day. The different lid colors are nice and go on easy and stay on. The inside has 3 sections to hold food and make portion control super easy. I am veru pleased with this purchase and item and would recommend it to anyone!
